As we celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, I'm hoping for worldwide recognition that we are all members of the same race, and that because we are human and blessed with intellect (not just instinct), we can use that intellect to be kind, not only to one another, but also to other living beings.

A Visit From Secret Santa

Even dogs can have fun on the Internet!  This year, CJ and Kizzie played Secret Santa with friends on a doggie board.  Just who got what from whom was kept a surprise until today.  Weeks ago, CJ and Kizzie sent gifts to a farm in southern Illinois and today received gifts from their Secret Santa from a small town in Kansas. Great fun!  Happy Holidays ...

R.I.P. Ms. LeeLou
