His brother who we adopted from a shelter is a husky/shpeherd mix and he is 3 1/2 yrs old and they are inseperatable. Although the one problem I seem to be having with my oldest is his constant wanting to lick me all the time. Does yours do that? He also is demanding. I adopted her from a breeder 2 years ago and she is 6 now. I love her to death she is the best dog ever and I have had 3 other mals. She doesn't seem to like alot of other dogs although she came from a breeder. We did buy an akita puppy and she does great with him. I think since we got him as a pup she accepted him. She to is mistaken for husky, chow,or akita, because of her color, she is sable and white and she appears to be almost a wooly. In closing mals are by far the sweetest, silliest, personality plus dogs around. I to have a mal. I adopted her from a breeder 2 years ago and she is 6 now.
