Freekibble.com is striving to make April 30th National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day. They are partnering with Tails Magazine in an effort to send 100,000 e-mails to President Obama to request a Presidential Proclamation for a National Adopt a Shelter Pet day. You can help in this effort until the deadline, which is September 30th. Every day, you can email a letter once a day.

So far, Freekibble has sent 59,216 emails and letters! Join in and spread the word about adopting a shelter pet to your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers and anyone else you know.

On the Freekibble website, you can participate in feeding shelter dogs and cats by playing the trivia game. With every answer, free kibble is donated to animal shelters!
