It’s almost Christmas Day! Did you remember to get presents for your pup? You still have time to get your four-legged friend some presents and  Petside.com has gift ideas. I’m not promoting one gift over the other, but I have bought some of the gift suggestions. My three mutts LOVE the Jerky Chicken tenders, but my dogs go crazy over any treat. I buy my jerky treats from Sam’s Club for under $15. It’s a great value for the large bag of chicken goodies.

Cats aren’t the only ones that like to chase a bird cat toy. When my Rotties were puppies, they had a blast chasing the furry thing at the bottom of the fishing pole looking toy. I think this would be a fun toy for your puppy, who will spend hours enjoying this cat toy.

Kongs are the best chew toy. My Rottweilers are heavy chewers, and this was the perfect toy for them when they were teething (ice is also great for those teething pups). I would put peanut butter or some goody in the middle of the Kong and they would be in BLISS with the toy that they could also chase. There are even special Kong treats that go with the hard rubber toys.

There is a gift that wasn’t mentioned in the top 10 list. My neighbor likes to get my dogs canine greeting cards. If you are not familiar with this type of card, they are made out of raw hide. There are greetings on the cards that your pup can read, but mine just want to eat the gift right away, so read it before giving it to your furry companion!

Montaro "Mo Mo" Raul Howell is a puppy mill rescue from Georgia. He is a very happy boy and loves ripping leaves into small pieces, throwing toys up in the air and playing catch with himself, pig ear treats, organic treats, his mommy, playing fetch, and kissing!
